This charming vintage "Little Monk" String Holder is made of chalk. It is 9" high and has all of it's original paint! Not only is this in very good to excellent condition, but it is beautifully painted. It is incised with, "Bello, Copyright 1940" on the inside where the string goes. It was designed by Bello and was made in Chicago, Illinois. This string holder is an original and not a reproduction. It is just one of the many 1500+ string holders that I have in my personal collection that I may be offering from time to time for sale.
